Donga Plastic Group Joint Stock Company (HoSE: DAG) has announced personnel changes as from August 19, 2010 as follows:

* Authorizing Mr. Nguyen Van Quang – Head of Supervisory Board to disclose information of Donga Plastic Group Joint Stock Company.

* Authorizing Mr. Nguyen Van Quang – Permanent Deputy CEO to sign documents of the parent company for the CEO and sign documents of the subsidiaries for the CEO.
