CDC: Business result in the first eight months of 2010
Chuong Duong Corporation (HoSE: CDC) disclosed business result in the first eight months of 2010:
1. Business result in 8 months of 2010:
* Revenue: VND282.3 billion, gaining 75.8% of year plan, increasing by 25% compared with the same period last year.
* Profit before tax: VND38.5 billion, gaining 96.2% of year plan, increasing by 40% compared with the same period last year.
2. Real estate projects:
* In Quarter 3/2010: Expected to complete Central Garden project.
* Tan An Residential Area (In Long An): Completed infrastructure and implementing procedures to transfer land to customers to build houses.
* Tan Huong project (Chuong Duong Garden): Now in the third sales phase, sold 100 houses.
* Chuong Duong Home project: The 1:500 plan will be approved in Quarter III/2010. The project is expected to start in October 2010. Total investment: VND1,100 billion. Time of construction: 03 years. Expect profit: VND110 billion.
