VNL: Resolution of the Board of Directors

Freight Forwarding and Trading Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated August 17, 2010:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the first dividend payment of 2010 as follows:

* Dividend rate: 7% for 9,000,000 outstanding shares, with total dividend value of VND6,300,000,000, according to the shareholder list on August 31, 2010.

* Payment date: expected on September 07, 2010.

Article 2: The fund to pay dividend is from the Company’s profit in 2010.
