VCB: Resolution on the listing of newly-issued shares

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam has registered to deposit the shares issued in the issuance to increase charter capital by 9.279% and to list the shares owned by shareholders who are not state shareholders:

* Number of shares registered to be deposited: 112,285,426 shares

* Number of shares registered to be listed: 10,419,108 shares.
