TPP announces the notice of record date for seasoned issue as follows:
- Issuer: Tan Phu Plastic JSC
- Stock code: TPP
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 24/8/2010
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 20/8/2010
- Reasons: Dividend payment and exerting the share purchase right for outstanding shareholder
* Dividend payment
+ Exercise rate: 9% (Shareholders receive VND 900 for every 01 share they own)
+ Exercise date: 24/09/2010
* Exerting the share purchase right for outstanding shareholder
+ Stock type: No transfer restriction
+ Share price: VND 10,000 per share
+ Rights allotment rate: 1 share – 1 right
+ Exercise rate: 10 : 6 (Shareholders are entitled to buy 06 new share for every 10 rights they own. The number of shares shareholder can buy is rounded down to unit digit). The odd lot shares and shares unsold will be determined by the Board of Directors in terms of price and subject of the offering.
+ Time for transfer of share purchase rights: From 03/09/2010 to 29/09/2010.
+ Time of registration for purchase: From 03/09/20010 to 04/10/2010
+ The owner of share purchase rights can transfer his rights once to another person through negotiation, The rights transferred can not be transferred to the third party.
+ Place:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Tan Phu Plastic JSC on working days (from Monday to Saturday).
Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
