STB: Resignation of Deputy CEO

The Board of Directors of Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) approved the resignation of Mr. To Thanh Hoang from the position as Sacombank’s Deputy CEO as from August 17, 2010. Mr. To Thanh Hoang will be the Chairman of Sacombank’s subsidiaries (Sacombank SBL, Sacombank SBA).
