Standard Chartered Vietnam allowed to adjust charter capital
The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No.6437/NHNN-TTGSNH on August 24 to permit the Standard Chartered Vietnam to adjust its charter capital from VND 1,000 billion to VND 3,000 billion as contributed by its holding bank in line with the Resolution approved by its Board of Directors on June 16, 2010.
The Bank is required to comply with applicable laws and other relevant regulations.
