SMBC Hanoi branch allowed to adjust charter capital
The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No.2008/QD-NHNN on August 23 to permit the Hanoi Branch of the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) to adjust its charter capital to USD 15,932,232.33.
The Decision takes effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of license No.292/GP-NHNN of the SBV Governor dated November 4, 2008.
