SECC: Public consultation on “Asset Valuation Company Providing the Services in Securities sector”

(Vietstock) – To ensure strict regulations on transactions after the opening of the first stock market in July 2011, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SECC) would hold a public consultation on the new draft prakas on “Asset Valuation Company Providing the Services in Securities sector” on September 2nd, 2010.

The public consultation would begin with the opening remarks by H.E. Ming Bankosal - Director General of Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia. Next, Mr. Chhun Sambath, Director of Securities Issuances Supervision Department of SECC, would present the draft prakas on “Accreditation of Asset Valuation Company in Securities sector.”

After the teabreak, participants would discussed about draft prakas.

The public consultation would be held on September 2nd, 2010 at Phnom Penh Hotel, located at No.53, Monivong Boulevard, Sangkat Srah Chok, Khan Duan Penh, 12201 Phnom Penh, Cambodia (It enjoys a central location in Phnom Penh and is less than 5 minutes’ walk from the Boeng Kak Lake.)
