QNC announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Quang Ninh Construction and Cement JSC

- Stock code: QNC  

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 19/8/2010

- Ex-date: 17/8/2010

- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2010 by cash

+ Exercise rate: 12% (Shareholders receive VND 1,200 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 10/9/2010

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Quang Ninh Construction and Cement JSC (Cai Lan Industrial Zone, Gieng Day Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province) on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
