PPI: BOD Resolution No.14

Pacific Property & Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (PPI JSC) announced Resolution No.14 dated August 06, 2010 of the Board of Directors:

Article 1: The Board of Directors unanimously decided to transfer the capital of PPI JSC in Manh Dat Construction and Tourist Co., Ltd. because PPI JSC has invested in the project but not gained any profit.

Article 2: PPI JSC will transfer the capital contributed in Manh Dat to another partner.

Article 3: The Directorate was authorized to choose a partner and implement necessary procedures for the transfer.
