- Recently, there are news on media such as: www.vneconomy.vn or www.cafef.vn announced the dispute between Minh Ngan Construction JSC and Petrovietnam Real estate Electricity JSC (VPL) in Nam Dan Plaza Project, as well as VPL’s warning to investors when trading shares of Pan Pacific Services JSC, causing panic to shareholders of Pan Pacific Corporation (Stock code: PAN, listed in Hanoi Stock Exchange).

- Management Board of Pan Pacific Corporation officially announced that Pan Pacific Corporation is not related to the above mentioned project.
