- Reasons: Dividend payment of 2009 by share

+ Exercise rate: 16.49% (Shareholders receive 16,49 new shares for every 100 shares they own). The number of shares shareholder can buy is rounded down to unit digit

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: 565 Construction - Joint Stock Company on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required.
