KSD: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010

South East Asia Hamico Export JSC has disclosed the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Management and directorate changes:

- Mr. Nguyen Hong Tuan will hold Director

- Ms. Tran Thi Minh Ly will hold Director

- Mr. Hoang Van Thuy will hold Member of Supervisory Board

2. Private placement of convertible bond

- Value to be issued: VND 63,120,000,000

- Purpose: Production expansion; land purchasing to build workshop in Hoa Xa IZ, Nam Dinh; supplementing working capital.
