HDC: Taking over the land of the residential area in Vung Tau
Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company has signed a transference contract with the Son Hung Service Trading Limited Company in order to take over the land of the residential area project as follows:
* Area of the land: 63,814.5 m2
* Location: Phu My Commune, Tan Thanh Dist., Ba Ria – Vung Tau
* West and South are contiguous to residential areas
* North and East are contiguous to projected roads
* Total transference value: 63,814.5 m2 x VND500,000/m2 = VND31,907,250,000
* The project of the residential area was approved by the authorities. The Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company will take over profile of the project and continue to implement it.
