EIB: Resolution of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

Viet Nam Export - Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank announced the resolution of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting held on July 28th 2010:

* The meeting approved regulations of the Board of Directors in term 2010-2015.

* The meeting approved regulations of the Board of Supervisors in term 2010-2015.

* The meeting approved the appointment Ms. Nguyen Thi Phung as a member of the Board of Supervisors in term 2010-2015.
