VTA: Result of 2nd AGM, Time and Place for 3rd AGM

VITALY JSC announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010 of the Company, which was going to be on 20/07/2010, did not take place as planned because participants were 11 representing 2,228,790 shares (37.15% of voting rights which is less than 65% as required).

The third AGM will be held on 30/07/2010:
