VSP: Notice of sale of VINASHIN’s Equity at SHINPETROL (VSP)

As approved by the State Securities Commission, Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Group (VINASHIN) announces the sale of its equity at VINASHIN Petroleum Investment and Transport JSC (SHINPETROL) with stock code VSP. Currently, VINASHIN holds 15,066,437 shares (39.56% of charter capital) of VSP. The sale of equity is via negotiation within the system or off-system with the price not less than VND40,000/share.

SHINPETROL seeks to transfer equity to strategic shareholders in the mutual support and cooperation.
