VNC: Board resolution on seasoned issue

The Vietnam Superintendence and Inspection JSC announces the plan on seasoned issue to increase charter capital to VND 157.5 billion as approved in the Board Resolution on 02/07/2010 as follows:

- Name of the issuer: The Vietnam Superintendence and Inspection JSC

-  Stock code: VNC

- Stock type: Common stock.

-  Par value: VND 10,000/share

- Total volume of shares to be offered: 7,875,000 shares

- Total par value of shares to be offered: VND 78,750,000,000

- Offering method : Placement with outstading shareholders

- Exercise rate: 1:1 (shareholders are entitled buy 1 new share for every share they own). 

-  Offering price: VND15,000/ share

-  Expected proceeds: VND 118,125,000,000

- Use of proceeds:

Submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders to assigne the BOD to choose the time for issue, use the proceeds to ensure the effiency, decide the distribution of odd shares and procedures for listing new shares on HNX.
