+ For T+3 transactions: 19/7/2010
- Reasons: Issue of bonus shares to outstanding shareholders
+ Stock type: Common stock, no transfer restriction
+ Rights allotment rate: 1 share – 1 right
+ Exercise rate: 50 : 3 (Shareholders receive 03 bonus share for every 50 rights they own. The number of shares a shareholder receives is rounded down to unit digit. The odd share (Less than1) will be cancelled
+ Bonus share receiving right cannot be transfered.
+ Place of exercise:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
- For undeposited shares: Viet Dragon Securities Corporation on working days at 1-2-3-4 Viet Dragon Building, 141 Nguyen Du, District 1, Hochiminh City. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
