TV4: Explanation for the change in operating result in the first 6 months 2010

Power Engineering Consulting JSC No.4 explained the change in the operating result of the first 6 months of 2010 as follows:

- The company actively and effectively directed, managed operating activities and financial activities as well as improved cost management, thus the profit increased 54.77% in comparision with that of 2009.
