TRI: Stake transference result

Sai Gon Beverages Joint Stock Company (TRIBECO) has informed of successfully transferring stake as follows:

1. TRIBECO has transferred 400,000 shares (VND40 billion) at the Northern TRIBECO JSC to the Binh Duong TRIBECO JSC.

2. It has transferred 30% stake or 975,000 shares (VND97,500,000,000) at the Binh Duong TRIBECO JSC to the Binh Duong TRIBECO JSC.

After completing transference procedures, the Northern TRIBECO JSC has not been the subsidiary of the Sai Gon Beverages Joint Stock Company.
