TRI: Peaking at the ceiling price in 5 consecutive trading dates

Sai Gon Beverages Joint Stock Company has explained of peaking at the ceiling price in 5 consecutive trading dates from 29/6/2010 to 6/7/2010 as follows:

On 30/6/2010, the company successfully transferred 400,000 shares at the Northern Tribeco JSC or VND40 billion to the Binh Duong Tribeco JSC; and transferred 30% stake (975,000 shares or VND97,500,000,000) among total of 36% stake at the Binh Duong Tribeco JSC to the Binh Duong Tribeco JSC.

Due to the information above and change of local securities market, TRI stock has peaked at the ceiling price in 5 consecutive trading dates. It was out of control of the company.
