TKU announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Tung Kuang Industrial JSC

- Stock code: TKU

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 16/7/2010

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 14/7/2010

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2009 by cash and shares

Dividend by cash:

+ Exercise rate: 10% (Shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every 01 share they own)

+ Exercise date: 30/07/2010

Dividend payment by share:

+ Exercise rate: 15% (Shareholders can buy 15 new shares for every 100 shares they own)

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Tung Kuang Industrial JSC on working days since. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
