SHI: Approving plan for a bond issue

The Board of Directors of Son Ha International Corporation unanimously approved plan for a bond issue:

* Bond name: Bon of Son Ha International Corporation (SHI072010)

* Total issue value: VND50,000,000,000.

* Bond term: 02 years from the issue date

* Interest and principal payment: Interest will be paid every six months. Principal will be paid on maturity.

* Purpose: To buy machinery to produce stainless steel in Ha Noi City.
