PetroVietnam Nghe An Construction JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 22/6/2010 as follows:

1. Agree on the Plan of Constructing abode brick factory and decided on investment place:

- Total investment value: VND 81 bil, in which:

+ Invest in Land: VND 11 bil

+ Invest in Project: VND 70 bil

- Place of investment: Bac Vinh Industrial Zone

- Source of fund: Owners’ equity: 25%, Loans: 75%

2. Business and Production:

- Establishment of subsidiary companies under Mien Trung Petroleum Construction JSC under PetroVietnam Construction Joint stock Corporation.
