KHP: Change of the representative of state-owned capital

Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company (KHPC) has informed of changing the representative of state-owned capital as follows:

* Mr. Bui Quang Hung has left the position of the BOD Chairman in KHPC from 15th July 2010 and only undertaken the position of the BOD member.

* Mr. Tran Dinh Nhan – Deputy General Director of the Central Power Corporation has been appointed to BOD Chairman in KHPC from 15th July 2010

* Mr. Tran Dinh Nhan is also the representative of state-owned capital with ratio of 31.53% of chartered capital of KHPC.
