FBT: The BOD’s resolution

Ben Tre Forestry and Aquaproduct Import Export Joint Stock Company (FAQUIMEX) has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:

* Article 1: Choosing PricewaterhouseCoopers Vietnam as the audit firm in 2010.

* Article 2: Approving resignation of Mr. Ngo Minh Hien from the CEO.

* Article 3: Appointing Mr. Dang Viet Anh – a Member of the BOD as the CEO.

* Article 4: The resolution is valid as from July 01, 2010.
