DMC: Domesco Sets Up a Subsidiary
Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation (DOMESCO) announced the establishment of a subsidiary as follows:
- Company: Domenol Co., Ltd
- Head office: Domecos Pharmaceutical Technical High Industrial, An Dinh, An Binh Ward, Cao Lanh District, Dong Thap Province
- Business License No.1401164085 granted for the first time on December 23, 2009 and adjusted for the first time on June 24, 2010.
* Business activities:
- Produce, import and export basic chemicals and other chemical products for industrial alcohol production.
- Produce, import and export wine, brandy.
- Produce, export and import alcoholic beverages, mineral water, bottled water.
- Charter capital: VND10,000,000,000.
- Of which: Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation joined 70%, equivalent to VND7,000,000,000.
