DLR: Notice of extraordinary event

Dalat Real Estate JSC announces the decision of Lam Dong province committee of the people to allow the company to retain share premium of VND 15,984,469,356. This share premium belongs to shareholder’s ownership. The board of directors of the company decides to supplement it to the working capital, and owner’s equity of the company has been added a value equivalent to the amount.
