CYC: Late submission of the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting 2010
HOSE has sent a Document No.1149/SGDHCM-NY to remind the Chang Yih Ceramic Joint Stock Company about late submission of the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting 2010 and explanation for some contents which had not been approved in the meeting.
Chang Yih Ceramic Joint Stock Company has explained issues as follows:
1. The company has admitted late submission of the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting and committed to do as stipulated.
2. For issues which had not been approved in the shareholders’ meeting:
* Business result in 2009: Shareholders has being checked all items of spending in the financial statement 2009, thus there has been no official figures for the financial statement 2009
* Business plan 2010: Shareholders have no idea about this, however, due to the financial statement 2009 and business plan 2010 usually displayed in one document, shareholders have not approved this issue.
After having result of checking the financial statement 2009, the company will hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting no later than 31st December 2010.
