AGC: Explanation for 5 consecutive ceiling-hitting sessions

On 06/07/2010, An Giang Coffee JSC explained the stock ceiling hitting for 5 consecutive sessions from 28/06/2010 to 02/07/2010 as follows:

- Based on Decision No. 481/QD-TTg of Prime Minister dated 13/04/2010 about support of buying stored coffee. In June, total of 200,000 tons of raw coffee were released funds to drive the price increased from 25,000 to 30,500 VND/kg (22%). In London, coffee price went from $1,300 to $1,750 per Ton (34%).

- On 26/06/2010, annual shareholder meeting 2010 was organized successfully. The operating plan of 2010 are implementing without any unexpected evens.

The Company did not give any other information which affected the trading of investors.
