SHI: Changes in the Board of Directors

On June 01, 2010, Son Ha International Corporation had changes in the Board of Directors:

1. Dismissing Mr. Le Vinh Son, BOD Chairman cum CEO, from the position of CEO. From June 01, 2010, Mr. Le Vinh Son only holds the position of BOD Chairman.

2. Appointing Mr. Le Hoang Ha, Deputy CEO cum Deputy Chairman, as CEO. From June 01, 2010, Mr. Le Hoang Ha holds the positions of CEO and Deputy Chairman.

3. Appointing Mr. Dang Minh Quang, Head of the Restructuring Board, as Deputy CEO of Finance. From June 01, 2010, Mr. Dang Minh Quang holds the position of Deputy CEO of Finance.
