BCC: Management Changes

BimSon Cement JSC announces change in the Board of Directors, Management board and Supervisory board as follows:

- Mr. Nguyen Sy Ngoc has resigned from Deputy Manager with effect since 01/12/2009.

- Mr. Ngo Dang Khoa has resigned from Deputy Manager with effect since 01/01/2010.

- Mr. Ngo Sy Tuc has been appointed Deputy Manager with effect since 20/01/2010.

- Mr. Tran Viet Thang – Deputy General Manager of Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation(VICEM) who manages the State’s joined capital of VICEM in BimSon Cement JSC – has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 07/05/2010.

- Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Ha has resigned from Chief Supervisory board and from managed the State’s joined capital of VICEM in BimSon Cement JSC with effect since 21/04/2010.

- Mr. Pham Van Nhan has been appoined Chief Supervisory board with effect since 07/05/2010.
