TNG: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
TNG Investment and Trading JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

6. Dividend payout ratio of 2009

8. Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2010:
9. Chair of the Board currently holds Manager of the company for Mr. Nguyen Van Thoi
10. Selecting DELOITTE Vietnam as auditor for auditing the Company’s financial statement.
11. The plan to increase charter capital 2010 to VND 120 bil:
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Volume: 3,312,000 shares
- Subject, method and price for offering:
* Offering to outstanding shareholders:
- Volume: 2,896,000 shares
- Price: No less than VND 10,000 and may be less than book value of the company. Specific price will be decided by the Board of Directors.
- Rate: 3:1
* Offering to management staff:
- Volume: 416,000 shares
- Price: VND 10,000/share.
- Condition: Under transfer restriction
Unsold shares will be offered to other subjects at price no less than the price offered to outstanding shareholders.
Use of the proceed: Enhancing financial capacity and supplement capital for investment plan of the company.
