TCT: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QI- 2010

According to the Financial Statement Quarter I/2010, profit before tax of the company decreased compared to Quarter IV/2009. Tay Ninh Cable Car Tour JSC explained as follows:

- Cost increased 94.38% due to salary fund and enterprize management cost increased and setting up financial reserve fund for the investment in Ninh dien mineral JSC.

- In quarter I/2010 the company did not enjoy tax corporation any longer.
