Sieu Thanh Joint Stock Corporation (SJC) has announced the record date for the payment for the phase 3 in 2009 dividend:

* Stock symbol: ST8

* Stock type: Common stock

* Par value: VND 10,000     

* Ex-right date: June 04, 2010

* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on June 04 and 07, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)

* Record date: June 08, 2010

* Purpose: To pay the phase 3 in 2009 dividend in cash

* Dividend pay-out ratio: 10 %/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

* Payment date: June 25, 2010

* Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At SJC No.A20 Tan Phong, Nguyen Huu Tho Ward, No.7 District, HCM City.
