SD8: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Song Da 8 JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 21/4/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Operating result of 2009
- Total investment: VND 59.68 bil
- Revenue: VND 127.46 bil
- Profit before tax: VND -8.642 bil
- Payment to State budget: VND 5.171 bil
2. Plan in 2010
- Total investment: VND 104.97 bil
- Revenue: VND 223.24 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 3.059 bil
- Payment to State budget: VND 10.59 bil
- Dividend payout ratio: 8%
3. Investment plan in 2010:
- Modenization of techonolgoy, construction capacity building: VND 68.9 bil
- Investment in housing, office building and hydroelectric power project: VND 29.67 bil
- Financial investment: VND 6.4 bil

5. Activities report of the Supervisory Board
6. Payment for Board of Directors, Secretary and Supervisory Board in 2009 and plan for 2010
7. Assigning the Board of Directors to choose auditor for auditing the Company’s 2010 financial statement
8. Amendment of the company’s charter in 2010
9. Charter capital increase in 2010.
10. Change in BOD:
- Mr. Tran Dien Tuong has been appointed Director.
