SCC announces the notice of record date for additional Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Songda Cement JSC

- Stock code: SCC

- Par value: VND 10,000/share

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 24/5/2010

- Ex-date: 20/5/2010

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2009 in cash

+ Exercise rate: 15% (Shareholders receive VND 1,500 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 15/06/2010

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Songda Cement JSC at Tan Hoa Ward, Hoa Binh city, Hoa Binh province on working days from 15/06/2010. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
