Pursuant to Point b, Item 1, Article 15 of Regulations on Listing at HNX attached to Decision No.420/QĐ-TTGDCKHN on 31/12/2007, on 24/5/2010, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:

- Stock code: SRB

- Reason: profit after tax in the audited financial statement FY 2009 is negative.

Supervision period ends when Sara JSC overcomes current situation.
