- Reasons: Dividend payment 2009 by cash and shares
- Dividend payment by cash:
+ Exercise rate: 10% (Shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every 01 share they own)

- Dividend payment by shares
+ Exercise rate: 40% (Shareholders receive 2 new shares for every 05 shares they own)
