Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

- Ms. Ho Thi Kim Thoa did not hold the post of BOD Chairwoman and CEO of Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company as from May 17, 2010.

- Reason: She was appointed as Deputy Minister of Vienamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

- Mr. Ho Quynh Hung, a BOD member cum Deputy CEO, was appointed as BOD Chairman cum CEO of Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company as from May 17, 2010.

- Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Vinh, a BOD member cum Director of Administration and Human Resources was appointed as a BOD member cum Deputy CEO of Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company as from May 17, 2010.
