* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND 10,000
* Ex-right date: May 31, 2010
* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on May 31 and June 01, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)
* Record date: June 02, 2010
* Purpose: To pay the phase 2 in 2009 dividend in cash
* Dividend pay-out ratio: 7 %/ par value (VND700/ share)
* Payment date: June 25, 2010
* Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At CMC CORPORATION, CMC Tower, Dich Vong Hau Precinct, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi City (From June 25, 2010)
Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
