CJC: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Central Area Electrical Mechanical JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held on 15/05/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Audited financial statement 2009
2. Dividend payment and set up funds 2009:
- Profit before tax: VND 13,438,980,002
- Profit after tax: VND 13,214,715,058
- Dividend payment: VND 5,400,000,000
- Bonus for Management board: VND 456,000,000
- Investment and development fund: VND 4,385,147,156
3. The BOD will select auditor for FY 2010
4. Plan in 2010
- Revenue: VND 350,000 million
- Profit before tax: VND 14,000 million
- Averages income: VND 5.8 million/ month/ person
- Dividend payment: 27%
5. Change in company’s policy
6. Change in BOD and Supervisory Board:
- Mr. Ngo Han has resigned from Director
- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board
- Mr. Ngo Thanh Hai has resigned from member of Supervisory Board
- New Directors:
