COTEC Investment and Construction JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held on 29/04/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report from the Board of Directors 2009 and plan in 2010

2. Report from Supervisory Board 2009

3. Profit distribution in 2009

- Dividend payment 2009: 10%

- Financial reserve: VND 373,157,410

- Welfare fund: VND 373,157,410

- Reward fund: VND 373,157,410

- Payment for th Board of Directors, Supervisory Board and Management board: VND 373,157,000

4. The Board of Directors will select auditor fo FY 2010.
