CAD designated

HOSE has officially decided to designate stock of Cadovimex Seafood Import-Export and Processing Joint Stock Company as a warned stock from May 19, 2010.

Reason: The Company’s profit after tax at December 31, 2009 was –VND6,217,440,244.  This violated Term 1.1.b, Article 1, Clause 19a of Decision 04/QD-SGDHCM dated April 17th 2009 and Clause 19 & Section II, Appendix 2 of Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
