Vietnam Airlines, Air France come to deal

The national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines on April 3 signed a code-share agreement with Air France to allow passengers to take fly non stop flight from Paris to either Hanoi or HCM City three times a week.

These flights will be operated by Vietnam Airlines in Boeing 777-200, under the ‘AF’ Air France flight code starting July 3.

They come in addition to flights Air France already operates via Bangkok to Hanoi and HCM City. Air France will offer 13 flights a week, including six between Paris and Hanoi and seven between Paris and HCM City.

Furthermore, within the terms of this agreement, by the end of this year, Air France will operate a nonstop flight between HCM City and Paris three times a week.
