Vietinbank allowed to establish Fund Management Company

The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No.848/QĐ-NHNN on April 7, 2010 to permit the Vietnam Joint - Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) to establish a Fund Management Company, namely the Vietinbank Fund Management Co., Ltd.

Accordingly, the charter capital of the Company is VND 50 billion and its operational duration is 50 years since the date of issuing its License. The Company is allowed to conduct such operations as management of securities investment and securities portfolio, and other operations in line with the applicable laws.

Vietinbank is responsible for establishing and monitoring operations of this Company in accordance with the existing laws and its Charter.
