Transforwarding Warehousing Joint Stock Corporation (TRANSIMEX SAIGON) has disclosed a change of charter capital as follows:

* The HOSE approved Transimex Saigon listing additionally 3,109,862 shares.

* Therefore, the company’s charter capital increased to VND132,124,880,000 and the charter capital was approved by Department of Planning and Investment of HCMC. in the License No.0301874259 (Registered for sixteenth change on March 12, 2010).
