TCS: Management Changes

Vinacomin - CaoSon Coal JSC announces the management changes of the company as follows:

1. Mr. Le Dinh Truong will not hold Chair of the Board of the company with effect since 24/3/2010.

2. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Lap – Director and Manager will hold Chair of the Board of the company with effect since 24/3/2010.

3. Mr. Pham Ngoc Khanh will hold Director of the company with effect since 24/3/2010.
